J. Scott Wheeler

Our founder and current executive director, Scott has been with Lost River Foundation since the beginning in 2015. Leading our program and organizational development, he has a true gift for both logistics and community building.

Rachel O’Neil

With a robust history in nonprofit work and legal administration, Rachel is the newest addition to our board. Her experience with the INHP specifically has lent nuance and detail to our organizational structure that will improve us for years to come.

Germar Townsend

Before his current leadership tenure in nonprofit arts and theater administration, Germar was one of the early graduates from The Runway program. His educational background is in law and accounting, and is currently serving his second term on our board.
